FOR INFORMATION
The Defence Fuel Network (DFN) Managing Contractor Contract RFT will be an open approach to market in accordance with paragraph 9.8 of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules. The DFN Managing Contractor will be responsible for managing the Fuel Supply Contract entered into with the successful Fuel Supply Contract tenderer on Defence’s behalf.
The Fuel Supply Contract RFT, to provide Defence’s fuel requirements nationally and overseas, is being conducted as a separate procurement in parallel, as a Limited tender, in accordance with paragraphs 2.6 and 9.9 of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
Tenderers are directed to review the ATM Documents attached to this Notice.
Defence anticipates releasing the DFN Managing Contractor RFT in early February 2022. The RFT will have an open period of 8 weeks. The release date for this RFT, and the proposed open period, is indicative only and may be subject to change at the discretion of Defence.
RFT documentation will be made available on AusTender and interested parties should monitor AusTender accordingly.
