Provision of an enterprise grade graph database software product and optional associated IT professional services

The ATO is seeking tenders to procure an enterprise grade Graph Database COTS software product.
Additionally, depending on the selected software, IT professional services to integrate the solution may be required. This software is a key component of Automated Network & Grouping Identification Engine and other ATO use cases including various Joint Chiefs of Global Tax Enforcement solutions.
Yes - as published in RFT Part 1 Conditions of Tender and RFT Part 3 General Response Form.
If your Tender submission is valued at over $4 million then you must apply - for a Statement of Tax Record from the ATO within enough time to meet these conditions for participation published in this RFT documentation.
The "Initial Contract Period" is intended for a start date of 01/06/2020 and continue for two years.
The contract will include the following extension options available to use at the ATO’s discretion: three x one year.
