Agent Services – Ballan (VIC)
The Agency provides Agent and Access Point services to over 570 sites in rural and remote locations across Australia. Agents are contracted to deliver services and programs on behalf of the Agency and are therefore not employees of the Agency.
Agents and Access Points play a vital role in the delivery of Agency services through the provision of a face-to-face information service and facilitation of free self-help facilities including internet enabled computers, telephones and facsimile/photocopier/printer for Agency related business. Remuneration is agreed between the Agency and the contractor as part of the contract.
The successful Tenderer will be required to provide the Agent Service Offer as detailed in the draft Contract and Schedules.
(a) the Tenderer must confirm that it accepts the standard terms and conditions of the draft Contract; and
(b) the Tenderer must confirm that it accepts the fixed pricing specified for Agent services at clause 7, Annex A (Statement of Requirement).
