Operational Services
Provision of Operational Services in the service areas:
- Internal cleaning of buildings;
- External cleaning of buildings and external elements etc; and
- Pest Control.
In accordance with RFT documents
a) Tenderers have demonstrated financial corporate stability for a minimum period of three years as determined from a review of financial statements and written statements regarding financial capacity;
b) Tenderers possess the required insurances, including a minimum of $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance, $20,000,000 Product Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance to the amount required by law; and
c) Tenderers exists as a legal entity at the Tender closing time.
NCA is targeting October 2019 for the Commencement Date of the Discrete Contract. The Term of the Discrete Contract will be for a period of four (4) years. The Principal may extend the Term at its sole discretion by up to two optional Extension Periods of two years duration each, up to a maximum of four additional years. Should the Principal elect to exercise its right to extend the Term, the Term may be extended by all or part of one or two Extension Periods.
