Short range RPAS for ships sulphur analysis
AMSA intends to engage a Contractor undertake a feasibility trial of the use of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) to analyse sulphur in ships’ plumes at relatively close range to a port.
Tenderers must meet the following conditions for participation in this ATM:
a. Must hold an Australian Business Number and be registered for GST,
b. Must not be bankrupt or insolvent or have traded insolvent in the last 12 months,
c. Must be compliant with the matters raised in Clause 8 below,
d. Hold a current Remotely Piloted Aircraft Operating Certificate (ReOC) issued by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA).
e. Hold current public liability insurance of a minimum value of A$20 million or confirm in the tender response that cover will be increased to this amount in the event the tender is successful.
The contrcat wil run for a 12 month perod.
