Print Management Panel
For the provision of print management services under a panel arrangement.
Panel members must have appropriate, relevant experience in the delivery of print management Services.
Panel members must have the capacity to deliver the Services, including:
a) processes for delivery of the Services, including end to end management of internal and external supply arrangements;
b) systems, including information and communications technology, and capability to interface, integrate, or transfer data with systems of Agencies and suppliers;
c) quality assurance and continuous improvement processes;
d) business continuity and risk management processes; and
e) governance, Official Order management, relationship management and performance management processes.
Agencies have varying requirements for print management services to meet their individual business needs. These may include in-house or other external commercial arrangements for some of the Services.
The Tenderer, and all members of its corporate group, are not suppliers of services within the scope of the Department’s Creative and Digital Communication panel;
The Tenderer, and all members of its corporate group, are not suppliers of services within the scope of the Department’s Printing and Production panel RFT.
The Tenderer either:
1) holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time of this RFT; or
2) has a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time of this RFT and holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record no later than 4 business days from the Closing Time of this RFT;
i) Tenderer holds a Valid and Satisfactory Statement of Tax Record for any first tier subcontractor that it proposes, as part of its Tender, to engage to deliver the Requirement with an estimated value of over $4 million (GST inclusive); and
ii) The Tenderer confirms that it offers to provide the Requirement to other Agencies in accordance with clause 4 of this RFT.
30 October 2019 to 29 October 2022, with 2 extension options of 1 year.
