Supply of a 800 kVA AC 50 Hz Voltage Source
The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Industry, Science and Resources is seeking submissions for the supply of an 800 kVA 50 Hz Voltage Source, with the capability of generating 800 kV AC voltage with a maximum output current of 1A and selectable inductive compensation.

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with the following conditions for participation:
• The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in its tender must not be insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership as at the Closing Time.
• The Tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency as at the Closing Time.
