A potential supplier is under no obligation to submit a Response, and any Response provided is submitted on a voluntary basis in accordance with the terms of this RFI.
The AFP invites interested suppliers to submit Responses to this RFI to indicate their capacity to provide Digital Material Analysis services, as described at Attachment 1 - Statement of Requirement.
All enquires and questions must be emailed to the RFI 3-2021 Contact Officer. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
Response Requirements (refer to RFI clause 3.6)
Respondents should provide their Response substantially in the form of the following Schedules to this RFI:
(i)Respondent Details (Schedule 1);
(ii)Response to Statement of Requirement (Schedule 2);
(iii)Limit the Response to no more than 30 pages, including any attachments, diagrams or other supporting documentation;
(iv)Supplementary information may be provided in addition to the completed Schedules 1 and 2, but will contribute to the page limit.
Responses must include completion of Schedule 1 and Schedule 2, with a maximum of 30 pages.
This is not a procurement activity. A time for delivery cannot be provided.
All future Open Tender processes will be published on the AFP Annual Procurement Plan (APP).
