EOI - Server Patching and Software Deployment Capability or Service

The Reserve Bank of Australia (Reserve Bank), invites EOIs for the provision of “Server Patching and Software Deployment” (Services or Capability), in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Invitation. This Invitation process is intended to be the first phase of a two phase selection process from which the Reserve Bank intends to invite short-listed Respondents to tender for the Services.
This first stage EOI is to identify vendor products, solutions and partners that meet the operational and technical requirements of the Bank.
The Reserve Bank provides no guarantee that it will issue a Tender following the EOI process.
1.1 The Conditions for Participation applicable to this Invitation process are that the Respondent:
(a) Must be able to satisfy the requirements as outlined in Summary of the Services in Part 1 Section 3.
(b) Must be able to meet the essential criteria as outlined in Part 3.
(c) Must be able to provide on-site service capability for any part of the solution that may operate within the Bank’s Premises.
2 Minimum Content and Format Requirements
2.1 All EOIs, including any additional documents in support thereof, must be in English.
2.2 Any references in an EOI relating to measurements and dimensions must be expressed in metric units.
2.3 The EOI must include a completed and signed Respondent’s EOI Particulars and Declaration in the form provided (see Part A and B of EOI Schedule 1).
The current service and patching system at the Reserve Bank comes end of life in April 2021. A contract (if any) will be executed this date for a 3 year term.
