MMEW - Australian Industry Strategic Partner
Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare (MMEW) - Australian Industry Strategic Partner to deliver outcomes sought as defined in the Statement of Requirement.
The Commonwealth will exclude a proposal from further consideration if:
a. the respondent does not currently hold at least Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) level 2 membership;
b. the respondent’s nominated Key Personnel do not each hold at least a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance (noting that Key Personnel will be required to obtain at least a Negative Vetting 2 security clearance by the time of any subsequent RFT submission);
c. the Commonwealth considers that the respondent does not comply with the Commonwealth’s security requirements set out in clauses 2.6 and 2.7
