The services include construction services only in respect of the following scope of works:
Undertake fitout works on Level 12 of 40 The Esplanade, Perth, WA incorporating 930 square metres, implementing the objectives and principles of the New Ways of Working Program.

An industry briefing will be held.
Building Code 2016
The Building Code 2016 does apply.
Indigenous Procurement Policy

Joint Bids

The works described in the Request for Proposal are a "public work" and therefore subject to section 18 of the Public Works Committee Act 1969 (Cth).
