Description:

The National Gallery of Australia is looking for a collaborator with passion, ambition and bold ideas to manage and operate the future food and beverage in our event spaces. The requirement is for the provision of Venue Management and Event Catering Services within the National Gallery of Australia under a management fee arrangement. The Gallery is seeking to engage a contractor able to provide innovative solutions which align to the Gallery brand and objectives.

Visit and briefing

A Site Visit will be held on Thursday 5 December 2019 at 11am at the National Gallery of Australia in Canberra for the purpose of providing background information only.

Attendance at the Site Visit is recommended however, is NOT a mandatory requirement for this RFP. Copies of any presentations and responses to questions provided at the Site Visit will be provided following the completion of the Site Visit.

Respondents should indicate if they intend to attend the Site Visit by providing written details of the name, company and position of each person attending. Please note that respondents are limited to nominate 2 personnel to attend the site visit. Please email attendance to the National Gallery of Australia Contact Officer by 5pm on Monday 2 December 2019 by email: elizabeth.malone@nga.gov.au

Respondents should report to the National Gallery of Australia Main Entry at the date and time outlined. A National Gallery of Australia officer will provide the escort through the facilities.

Any information provided at the Site Visit will be provided subject to the conditions in the RFP.

For respondents who are unable to attend the Site Visit, a copy of any additional information provided at the briefing will be available from the AusTender website.
