Exceptional Leasing Opportunity: Preston VIC
Invitation to Express Interest
Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
- Premises ranging from 1150 to 1350 square metres NLA of high quality, air conditioned, carpeted, customer service delivery accommodation with a preference for ground floor accommodation (with a minimum ground floor content of 800 square metres);
- Site location parameters are within Preston commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking;
- Lease term of either:
- seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each; or
- ten (10) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each;
- Existing and purpose built premises will be considered;
- Minimum of twenty-one (21) car parking bays including:
- six (6) secured and covered car bays are required
- fifteen (15) customer car bays are required with two (2) of these being accessible car bays to be provided on ground in close proximity to the entrance of the premises.
- Minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design based on ‘A Guide to Office Building Quality’ (Property Council of Australia)
Note: The area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency's discretion.

Selected proponents who register an expression of interest may be invited to submit a formal offer.
Services Australia provides Medicare, Centrelink and Child Support payments and services, including family assistance.
The Building Code 2016 (or, if the Building Code 2016 no longer exists, any code which has replaced it) applies to this project.
The Australian Governement Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme established by the Fair Work (Building Industry) Act 2012 (Cth) (Scheme) may also apply to this project. If the Scheme applies, it is a requirement of this project that the persons contracted to carry out the building work must be accredited under the Scheme at the time of entering into the contract for the building work and while the building work is being carried out. Further information about the Scheme and whether it applies to the project is included in the Project Documentation.
