Conducting DHA's telephone survey program (housing and maintenance surveys)
This Request is to invite responses from suitably qualified, experienced and capably resourced organisations to conduct DHA's telephone survey program for housing and maintenance surveys.
Notification of the outcome of this open request for tender is scheduled to occur on 13 June 2014 with delivery expected to begin in July 2014.
Minimum Content and Requirements
Tenderers must complete and submit Schedules D1 to D8 of Attachment D Conditions of Tendering
Tender Returnables to be submitted in Microsoft Office Word or PDF and if compressed (zipped) in ".zip" format only;
• Responses, including all attachments and supporting data, must be in English; and
• Responses must be submitted in the form of the open request for tender document.
