Description:

The Commonwealth has a requirement for Radio Frequency over Fibre (RFoF) systems to extend the distance between the antenna and radio beyond the current range afforded by the existing solution.

Conditions for Participation:

1.Signed RFQ AC565

2.Eight months RFQ Validity Period (refer clause 1.2 of Special Conditions of Quotation)

3.Provision of Objective Quality Evidence that demonstrates compliance against the requirements of the Tender Specification.

Quotations are to be lodged electronically into the Award Tender Evaluation online tool before the closing time (specified in the AC565 Request for Quotation form) in accordance with the following procedures: Respondents are to request vendor access to the Award tool from Commerce Decisions Pty Ltd at aus_support@commercedecisions.com and are to comply with any terms and conditions and applicable instructions, processes, procedures and recommendations as advised by Commerce Decisions Pty Ltd in relation to the Award tool. Applications for quotation access are to include the details of the Approach to Market from the AusTender documentation, to ensure the respondent is allocated access to the correct market approach; for example: (i) Quotation Number: CASG/RFQ/15716/1 (ii) Capability Product: Radio Frequency over Fibre system. Following submission of application, Commerce Decisions Pty Ltd will provide the respondent with details on how to access the evaluation tool and the procedures for entering response data and documentation. Respondents attention is drawn to clause 1.1.1 of the Special Conditions of Quotation which states that any queries or concerns regarding this RFQ are to be directed through the Award Tender Evaluation online tool once the respondent has obtained access in accordance with clause 1.5.3.
