Panel for Indigenous Evaluation and Research Services (PIERS)
Establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement (Panel) for the provision of Indigenous Evaluation and Research Services (PIERS). Within the Australian Indigenous affairs and/or community development contexts, the NIAA is seeking responses from Potential Suppliers who have demonstrated experience, understanding and ability to undertake or lead participatory, collaborative and culturally-sensitive approaches in delivering the following Required Capabilities:
- Evaluation
- Research
- Capability-building (Training/Mentoring/Support) for evaluation and research.
Potential Suppliers must hold a valid and satisfactory Statement of Tax Record by the Closing Time (or a receipt demonstrating that a Statement of Tax Record has been requested from the Australian Taxation Office by the Closing Time).
The initial term of the Panel is until mid-2026 with the option to extend for a further two years.
