National weed coordination and capability services

The successful Supplier will progress the development of a framework and arrangements for improved national weeds management and coordination to reduce the impacts of established weeds, guide best practice management approaches, and bring together land managers, communities, industry and governments to more effectively manage weeds at national, regional and local scales.
The successful Supplier will be responsible for the delivery of three specific tasks (below), and is expected to seek and utilise ongoing in-kind assistance and advice from the Environment and Invasive Committee’s Weeds Working Group (WWG), comprised of representatives from the Australian state and territory primary industry and environment departments, to deliver this body of work:
•Progressing the revised National Established Weeds Priorities (NEWP) framework
•Best practice tools, information and research for nationally significant weeds
•Future design of National Established Weeds Coordination
Subject to the correction of unintentional errors of form, the Department will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that the Tender does not meet the following Conditions for Participation:
(a) the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Tender Closing Time and Date
(b) at the time of lodgement of their Tender, Tenderers must not have been:
(i) precluded from Tendering for Australian Government funded work
(ii) subject to a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, and have not paid the claim
(iii) named in parliament as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth)
(iv) engaging in illegal workers
