Project Land 154 Phase 4 - Search Capability - Request for Information
The Joint Counter Explosive Hazards (JCEH) capability Project LAND 154 Phase 4 includes the Search capability. Note this capability was formerly referred to as 'Route Clearance'.
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks information on technologies and services that may be able to contribute towards the next generation of Search capability, which is currently provided by the HUSKY/HMEE vehicles, dismounted equipment such as metal detectors, and mission systems procured under Project LAND 154 Phase 3A NINGAUI.
The Commonwealth of Australia understands that industry has a range of developmental and/or Off The Shelf Improvised Explosive Device (IED) detection and classification technologies and services that may be applicable to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Search capability, either individually or as part of a system of systems. The Commonwealth is also interested in exploring opportunities to co-operate on applicable Search development programs with other nations and/or industry partners.

While the Commonwealth requests that respondents use due care to ensure the information submitted in response to the RFI is as reliable as possible, companies will not be held to the information presented in response to this RFI.
