The Commonwealth seeks the the provision of a Compact Anti-Personnel Sniper Capability (CAPSC) and associated documentation and support services under a standing offer arrangement for an initial period of five (5) years, with one (1) extension option of five (5) years (a maximum period of up to 10 years)
