The AFP seeks responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the supply of one unit Laser Ablation-inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer

The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the tenderer:
(a) does not exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(b) is not solvent or financially viable; or
(c) does not hold an Authorisation necessary for it to be able to perform the Services tendered for in accordance with applicable laws.
The AFP will not enter into a contract with Service Providers who have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.
