The procurement process is planned to comprise two stages: Invitations for Expressions of Interest (EOI) and a Request for Proposal (RFP). The EOI stage will be split into two phases (EOI Phase 1 and EOI Phase 2). Approximately four Respondents to EOI Phase 1 will be shortlisted to participate in EOI Phase 2. Participation in EOI Phase 1 is a prerequisite for to be considered for participation in EOI Phase 2. Participation in EOI Phase 2 is a prerequisite to be considered for the RFP Phase.

Description:

The Commonwealth is inviting Respondents with the requisite experience, capacity and capability to submit Expressions of Interest for delivery of the Davis Aerodrome Project (the Project). The Project remains subject to a final investment decision by Government and environmental assessment. This Invitation for EOI Phase 1 is open to all of industry and seeks to identify potential Respondents capable of fulfilling the Commonwealth’s requirements. This Invitation for EOI Phase 1 is comprised of Invitation for EOI - Part A and Invitation for EOI – Part B (EOI Phase 1 Returnable Schedules). Please see the attached documentation available to download for more information on this procurement activity.

The Commonwealth intends to hold an EOI Industry Briefing online at 10.00-11.00AM (AEDT) on Thursday, 17 December 2020. Registration for the EOI Industry Briefing will close 2.00PM (AEDT) on Wednesday, 16 December 2020.

Timeframe for Delivery:

Subject to Government approval and the outcome of the Competitive Alliance procurement process, it is anticipated that a Project Alliance Agreement will be executed with the Successful Proponent in mid-2022.
