Norfolk Island Health and Residential Aged Care Service Multi-Purpose Services Facility
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts (the Department) is issuing an Invitation to Register Interest (ITR) for the Norfolk Island Health and Residential Aged Care (NIHRACS) (Multi-Purpose Services (MPS) Facility Project.
The Department is seeking responses from suitably qualified contractors who demonstrate an interest in providing Early Contractor (ECI) and Head Contractor services for the Project.
The ITR is the first of an expected two-stage procurement process.
In accordance with clause 2 of the ITR, subject to evaluation and at the Department's sole discretion, a subsequent Request for Tender process may be released to short-listed applicants of the ITR process.
