The Department is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of audit verification and assurance services of dairy export registered establishments on a national basis until 30 June 2022.
:
- The Tenderer must have previous experience providing technical verification and/or audit assurance services in the Australian food compliance and regulatory environment.
- The Tenderer shall be knowledgeable and experienced in Australian regulatory requirements within the FSANZ Food Standards Code (FSC), the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System and guidelines for its application as adopted by Codex and risk assessment methodology in the context of food safety management.
- Auditors provided by the tenderer who will be performing verification activities must be able to provide evidence of tertiary qualifications, attainment of relevant units of competency (Food Auditor skill set including high risk units under the AQTF) or equivalent personal certification to audit food safety management systems, including high risk scopes. For example: Accreditation by Exemplar Global as a Food Safety (ISO 22000) Auditor with 06 Dairy Processing scope, National Food Safety (NFSA) Auditor Level 4 (NFS-4)
