Psychological Services Panel
The Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO), is seeking to establish a nationwide panel of suitably qualified individuals or organisations to provide psychological services.
ASIO has a robust and thorough security vetting process which assesses the suitability of prospective and current staff to be granted and retain a Top Secret security clearance at the highest level. Psychological security assessments are a core component of this vetting process and one of the key psychological services required by ASIO. ASIO is currently growing its workforce to respond to a complex, challenging and changing security environment, which has increased demand for security vetting, including the conduct of associated psychological security assessments. This demand is a key driver behind ASIO's approach to market to form the new psychological services panel.
Psychologists with expertise in forensic, clinical and organisational psychology are encouraged to apply to the Request for Tender (RFT), noting this presents an exciting and rewarding opportunity to help protect Australia and Australians from threats to their security.
ASIO is using the 360 Tender System, an online tender system, to receive tenders in response to this RFT. The 360 Tender System comprises a 360 Providers' Portal which is a secure system hosted and supported in Australia. Respondents must submit their tender through the 360 Tender System. Tenders cannot be submitted in AusTender.
Potential Respondents must either register for a new account on the 360 Providers' Portal or sign in to an existing 360 account to download the RFT documentation. All documentation for this RFT is available through the following link: https://360providers.apetsoftware.com.au/request/46146
If the Respondent has obtained the RFT documentation from any source other than the 360 Tender System, they must visit the 360 Tender System, register for a new account and download the RFT documentation, in order to receive notification of Addenda.
