The AEC has an ongoing focus on ensuring that its services are accessible to the Australian public, including meeting the needs of people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
As part of its ongoing strategy to ensure accessibility of services, the AEC requires the provision of telephone based interpreter and translator services for people who wish to contact the AEC in a language other than English.
The AEC also has an ongoing need for the provision of ad-hoc written translation services in support of its business.
