Strategic Procurement Outlook

The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is Australia's central bank. It conducts monetary policy, works to maintain a strong financial system and issues the nation's currency. As well as being a policy-making body, the RBA provides selected banking and registry services to a range of Australian government agencies and to a number of overseas central banks and official institutions. It also manages Australia's foreign exchange reserves.

The RBA conducts its procurement activities which are equal to or exceed the Procurement Threshold for prescribed corporate Commonwealth entities in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and other relevant legislation.

The anticipated procurements described in the Annual Procurement Plan (APP) are expected to have an approach to market during the financial year, and the information in this plan is based on the best information available at the time of publication.

The information in the APP is for planning purposes only. It does not represent a pre-solicitation or constitute an invitation by the RBA to purchase the described goods and/or services. The planned procurements listed are subject to revision or cancellation.

Annual Procurement Plan View – Planned Procurement Status

To locate Planned Procurements with a specific status, use the drop down menu to select the status.

Each Planned Procurement has a status.  The status reflects where the Planned Procurement is in the planning or procurement lifecycle.  Planned Procurement statuses are: 

As published – unchanged since originally published

Amended – has been amended since published

To Market – converted to an ATM and has gone to the market

Withdrawn – has been withdrawn from the APP

Cancelled – has been cancelled by AusTender system administrators.  Cancelled Planned Procurements are removed from public view but are still visible to APP Publishers.
