GRDC Grower Network - Coordination of Grower Forums in the Western Region

This investment is seeking applications from service providers interested in providing coordination services for the GRDC Grower Network Forums in the Western region.
The GRDC Grower Network is one of several mechanisms the GRDC uses to capture constraints or opportunities to grain grower profitability and identify desired outcomes to help shape and inform GRDC RD&E investments.
This GRDC Grower Network investment includes:
- Event promotion and support, coordination and logistics, including support for venue booking, catering, publicity, management of registrations and venue technical support.
- Administration support, including assisting with the preparation of event agendas, liaison and organisation of guest speakers, assistance within meetings, capture of meeting minutes and opportunity and issues information raised during events.
Applying for GRDC investments is done using the GRDC Grains Investment Portal. Once registered, users can visit the Portal anytime.

• Click on the register button at the top right-hand side.
• Complete the Registration Form. Fill in all the fields: your email address, a password and the captcha. Your password must be alphanumeric with at least one special character (i.e. not a letter or number). Click register to continue the process.
• Registration is confirmed by the system sending an email to you, with details to complete the registration process.
• Once the registration process is complete, you can sign in and review all investments open for tender
Once you have located this investment, you can commence the application process by completing the details for each field available, until you reach “Submit Application” on the last page.

Tenderers and suppliers are therefore required to provide a satisfactory and valid STR to GRDC when submitting tender documents or providing a STR receipt if a STR has been requested but not issued in time to meet the tender deadline or on request from GRDC.GRDC must only accept tenders that are accompanied by a valid and satisfactory STR or a STR receipt, or on request from GRDC, which may be after the tender has closed. Tenderers and suppliers are also required to maintain a satisfactory STR during the life of the contract, as well as collecting and maintaining satisfactory STRs of relevant subcontractors engaged during and according to the contract terms.
