The FWO invites Tenders for the provision of innovative and flexible services that support the vision of a seamless and integrated customer journey regardless of channel or point of origin.
Tenderers may submit a Tender for the following combinations of services:
(a) Voice Carriage Services only;
(b) Omnichannel Customer Engagement Centre Solution PLUS Unified Communications Solution (or integration with the FWO's existing Unified Communications Solution) only;
(c) All Services
The FWO’s preference is a single provider for all services, however the FWO understands that this may not be possible or practical in terms of value for money.
For the Unified Communications Solution, Tenderers may submit a Tender to fully integrate the Solution with the Agency’s existing Unified Communication Solution OR if the Tenderer believes they can offer a better solution by replacing the existing solution this can be provided as an option.
