DFAT requires a managed service to support the DFAT Unclassified Voice Network which is comprised of:
a) PABX systems and associated equipment including but not limited to phones, virtual management servers, voicemail etc;
b) voice management and call flow systems including Contact Centres and wallboards;
c) telecoms services; and
d) session border controllers.
Including the following support:
a) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for Priority 1 and 2 Incidents; and
b) during business hours for Priority 3 and 4 Incidents and Priority 2, 3 and 4 Work Orders.
