For the provision of reception services at AMSA Head Office, 82 Northbourne Avenue, Braddon, Canberra, Monday - Friday from 7.00 am - 7.00 pm (excluding public holidays). Reception services include:
• SoR 1: Reception
• SoR 2: Parking management
• SoR 3: Access control
• SoR 4: Security
• SoR 5: Mail management
• SoR 6: General administration
• SoR 7: value add additional services (to be detailed by the tenderer)
There is a mandatory Site visit scheduled for 15 October 2018.
The RSVP for this site visit is no later than COB, 11 October 2018.
• employees physically delivering the service on AMSA premises must:
• hold a Security Employee Licence under the Security Industry Act 2003 (ACT)
• hold an Australian government baseline security clearance or higher, or be able to attain a baseline security clearance.
Any Tender which does not comply with all the conditions for participation set out in clause 2.5.1 will be excluded from consideration
The resultant contract is expected to commence on Monday 14 January 2019 for an initial term of four years (4) years, with two, one year extension options.
