Supply of portable forensic write blocker kits and laboratory-based forensic write blocking devices and related services
The AFP is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the supply of 75 portable forensic write blocker kits and 6 laboratory-based forensic write blocking devices and related services.
The AFP will exclude a Tender from further consideration if it considers that, at the time of lodgement of the Tender, the tenderer:
(a) does not exist as a legal entity (see clause 2.3);
(b) is not solvent or financially viable; or
(c) does not hold an Authorisation necessary for it to be able to perform the Services tendered for in accordance with applicable laws.
The AFP will not enter into a contract with Service Providers who have had a judicial decision against it (not including decisions under appeal) relating to employee entitlements and have not paid the claim.
