Description:

The Bureau requires a supply of a data acquisition system (DAS) to assist with the upgrade and maintenance of its surface observations network; covering Australia, external territories/ island, ships and in the Antarctic.

Flexibility is required under the contractual arrangement (to be in the form of a Deed of Standing Offer) to enable the Bureau to procure the Supplies as required during the term of the proposed Deed.

Conditions for Participation:

The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet any one or more of the following conditions for participation:

a. the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time
