Grounds Maintenance Services at Government House, Norfolk Island
The Commonwealth Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development and Cities has portfolio responsibilities for the Territory of Norfolk Island, including Government House within the Kingston and Arthur’s Vale Historic Area.
The Administrator of Norfolk Island represents the Australian Government, performs ceremonial functions and leads engagement with the local community. Government House is both the official residence of the Administrator and the venue for a calendar of events.
This Approach to Market is seeking tenders to deliver either or both of the following key services at Government House:
- Garden and General Maintenance Services; and,
- Lawn Care Services
No mandatory conditions for participation are specified.
The Contract will remain in force for a period of 12 months from the date the Contract is entered into, and will include two 12 month extension options.
