National Clothing Store Services RFT
Supply Chain Branch, within Joint Logistics Command (Department of Defence), has a requirement for the procurement of services for the operation upon the Defence estate of its 28 National Clothing Stores which provide a range of clothing and personal equipment and services to ADF members and other entitled personnel. These stores, including Recruit Point of Entry and Central Issue and Combat Kitting stores, provide both combat and non combat clothing and personal equipment and kitting support to the ADF. Accordingly the services to be sought by Defence will include the following;
- Management and Administration
- Receiving
- Inventory Management
- Issuing
- Tailoring Services
- Support to Operations, Exercises and Activities.

The full suite of Information Documents at Annex B to Attachment A to the Conditions of Tender have not been published on AusTender. To obtain the full suite of Information Documents at Annex B to Attachment A to the Conditions of Tender, tenderers are to submit a signed confidentiality agreement as follows:
1. Click on 'Go to ATM documents';
2. Download the tender documents;
3. Go to the confidentiality agreement (Attachment C to the COT);
4. Print and sign the confidentiality agreement;
5. Return the signed copy by email (as a scanned .pdf) to the contact office noted below.
Tenderers are to note that without the confidentiality agreements being returned to the Contact Officer, the complete scope of works cannot be released.
a. Tenders (including all attachments, annexes and supporting documentation) are to be written in English.
b. All measurements in tenders are to be expressed in Australian legal units of measurement unless otherwise specified.
An initial five year contract commencing on 1 Feb 19 with options to extend up to sixty months.
