FEG Verification and Distribution Services Panel
The Department invites interested parties (Tenderers) to submit tenders (Tenders) in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Services in relation to verification and distribution of FEG Advances under the Fair Entitlements Guarantee (FEG). The Department is seeking to establish a panel of Panel Members under a Deed of Standing Offer (DOSO).
FEG Verification Services involve the identification and verification of employment entitlement amounts owing to Claimants, as evidenced by the books and records of the former employer, in accordance with FEG criteria.
FEG Distribution Services involve the distribution of FEG Advances to eligible Claimants including remitting PAYG tax amounts and other amounts (such as child support payments) where applicable.
