ASIC is seeking to establish a panel of providers who have the necessary skills and capacity to provide instructional design, facilitation and general consultancy services and learning and development in the areas of:
Business
Self and Interpersonal
Leadership, Organisational Development and Culture; and
Work Health and Safety

The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim.
