Description:

The provision of independent assurance services for Defence vessels listed in the Defence Vessel Register. This may include classification and certification services among other services as detailed in the SOW. Independent assurance services will be provided within the context of the Capability Manager’s approved governance and assurance policies in response to the Defence Seaworthiness System (DSwMS) requirements.

Conditions for Participation:

To obtain and maintain Commonwealth security clearances for the duration of the Contract as noted in the Conditions of Tender (section 2.5).

Participants are to be recognised by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority as a recognised organisation under the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Code for Recognised Organisations to participate in this tender.
