DFAT has a requirement for a contractor to manage an Innovation Resource Facility. This requirement is scheduled for an initial period of two (2) years until July 2018.
The IRF is an important enabling investment of the innovationXchange (iXc) and is designed to assist the iXc achieve its mandate of improving the impact and value for money of the Australian aid program through innovation. A facility is the preferred approach given the need for flexibility in the context of a rapidly evolving market and a likely diverse set of needs.
