This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to inform a potential future procurement process. Participation in this RFI is NOT a pre-condition to participation in a future procurement process.

Description:

Department of Defence is seeking Requests for Information (RFI) in relation to the Defence Marine Support Services (DMSS) Program.

This RFI relates to the provision of marine support to Defence (primarily Navy) and potentially other Commonwealth agencies. The intention of this RFI is to shape a possible future procurement, particularly in relation to market capacity and methods to deliver the required support.

NOTE: Prospective respondents are to note that the RFI as released does not include all information in relation to this RFI. Respondents may only obtain the additional information in accordance with Conditions of RFI Clause 2.6 which requires the execution of a 'Deed of Confidentiality'.

Other Instructions:

In accordance with Conditions of RFI, clause 1.7 Industry Briefings will be conducted.

Attendees from prospective respondents at each Industry Briefing will be limited to three (3) personnel. Registration is required to attend the Industry Briefings and must be forwarded in writing to the Contact Officer via email to DMSS.Program@defence.gov.au by 5pm (ACT Local Time) on 29 August 2018.
