Description:

The Department of Defence (Defence) has a requirement for professional services to provide printing and preparation (packaging, labelling and consigning) services for the Navy, Army and Air Force newspapers, referred to collectively as the Service Newspapers.

Conditions for Participation:

The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tender is non-compliant with any of the:
1. Minimum Content and Format Requirements specified in the Tender Details Schedule; and
2. Conditions for Participation specified in the Tender Details Schedule, including Defence Security requirements and requirements identified as essential in the draft Statement of Work.

Timeframe for Delivery:

1 July 2016 - 30 June 2017 with 3 extension options of 12 months each available at Defence discretion.
