Management of the John Dillon Fellowship program

The John Dillon Fellowship is a program which provides a career development opportunity in Australia for outstanding mid-career agricultural scientists and economists from ACIAR partner countries. The aim is to develop leadership skills in the area of agricultural research management, agricultural policy and/or extension technologies through exposure to Australian agriculture across a range of best practice organisations.
ACIAR seeks to contract a range of services involved in the management of a four week (20 day) residential Executive Leadership program that includes course content development and facilitation, the position of Program Leader, travel booking, event management and the facilitation of financial payments to 10 Fellows travelling to Australia from ACIAR’s partner countries and one participant travelling within Australia.
The objectives of the requirement is to source a specialist organisation who can create a Program Schedule and provide professional facilitation that is focused on strategic learning outcomes.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).
The tenderer confirms thatin dealing with its employees and independent contractors, the tenderer has due regard to Commonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, comply withCommonwealth policies on the engagement of workers, including the obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth)and relevant work health and safety laws.
The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender are not insolvent, bankrupt, in liquidation, or under administration or receivership.
