Description:

The National Gallery of Australia is seeking to engage a suitable contractor to carry out the Works for the replacement of the existing fire and building occupant warning systems including the Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) and Master Evacuation Control Panel (MECP) in the Parkes Building and in the Hume Storage Facility with new non-proprietary panels complying with the National Construction Code and referenced current Australian codes as applicable.

Fire engineering services and the delivery of various products are required to successfully upgrade the system. The work will involve significant works to remove old equipment and install new equipment, as well as rigorous testing.
