Workforce Planning & Reporting Analytics

Workforce planning and rostering services are provided by the Workforce Deployment (WD) team within the Air Navigation Services (ANS) business unit.
Their current workforce planning and analytics processes are manually intensive which restricts the timely provision of key information to support management decision making. Airservices now requires the development and delivery of tools which will enable more effective and efficient management of this workforce.
An Industry Briefing will be held Friday, 4 August 2017 at Airservices Australia, 25 Constitution Ave, Canberra ACT at 2:00pm. Documentation to attend is attached within the RFQ.
The following are mandatory requirements for Quotations to this RFQ:

The respondent and any personnel proposed in the Quotation must not be named as not complying with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Cth).

The successful respondent will need to provide police checks, no older than 6 months, for all personnel who will have access to Airservices’ IT systems, data and sites/buildings.

The solution must be compliant with the latest version of the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Information Security Manual (ISM).

The solution must be built, accessed, configured, tested, and administered within Australia only and not outside Australia’s borders (refer to ASD ISM Control Number 1073).

The solution must be compliant with the latest version of the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
