As this Request for Tender (RFT) contains information sensitive in nature, additional information is available from the Contact Officer upon receipt by the Department of a properly completed Confidentiality Deed including details of a contact officer of the Tenderer (including email address). The Confidentiality Deed is included in the RFT documentation.

The Department will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Department considers that the Potential Supplier does not exist as a legal entity at the Closing Time.
