The Department is seeking proposals for an economic advisor to provide the following Services:
• Provide input into the development and quality assurance of draft and final reports which consider funding options for the provision of non-commercial NBN services. This will include considering and providing economic advice on a broad range of issues including with regards to economic efficiency, long term interest of end users and contestability of service delivery.
• Additional Services as required.
