Real Estate Agent for the sale of surplus Defence property known as 'Bulimba Barracks' in Bulimba, Queensland.
A qualified Real Estate Agent is required for the marketing and sale (on the open market) of Defence surplus property known as 'Bulimba Barracks', located at 167 Apollo Road, Bulimba, Queensland. Bulimba Barracks is a 20.73 hectare property located in South East Queensland approximately 5 km from the Brisbane CBD.
The Tender Documents and Contract are loaded on AusTender (under ‘Go to ATM documents’).
The Statement of Work has not been attached. To obtain the complete set of documents, Tenderers are to follow the following process:
1. Click on Go to ATM Documents.
2. Download the Tender Documents.
3. Go to the Confidentiality Deed.
4. Print and sign the Confidentiality Deed.
5. Return the signed copy to the AusTender Contact Officer noted below via email, with the Deed scanned to PDF file.
Tenderers are to note that without the Confidentiality Deed being returned to the Contact Officer, the complete set of documents are unable to be released.
Any questions relating to this package of works are to be forwarded via email to the Contact Officer. Tenders may submit questions to the Contact Officer,
1. At any time up to 4 pm (AEDT) 20 December 2017
2. Not between 21 December 2017 - 15 January 2018 (Christmas shutdown)
3. Any time up to 4pm (AEDT) 18 January 2018.
An optional industry brief will be held on Tuesday 5 December 2017 at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am start (Queensland local time) at the office of Lander & Rogers Lawyers, Level 15, 12 Creek Street, Brisbane Queensland, 4000.

Tenderers must be licensed to conduct all real estate agency services including auctions in Queensland.
Exchanged contract of sale for the property must occur before 30 June 2018.
