For the provision of Contracted Decision Makers (CDM) Change of Assessment and Objection Services
Department is seeking to procure the services of suitably skilled providers (Contracted Decision Makers) to supply Child Support Change of Assessment and Part 6A (Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989) Objections Services to supplement an existing panel of providers – the primary panel.
The Conditions for Participation are:
(a) the Tenderer must not be bankrupt or insolvent at the time of submitting a Tender;
(b) the Tenderer must be registered for Goods and Services Tax; and
(c) the Tenderer must be willing, if successful, to enter into a Deed of Standing Offer with the Department of Human Services.
(d) the Tenderer must not be a member of the Primary Contracted Decision Maker Child Support Change of Assessment and Objections Services Panel SON3347957.
1.1 The term of the contractual arrangement with the successful Tenderer or successful Tenderers, as the case requires, will be until midnight 30 June 2019 with the Department having one (1) one (1) year option to extend.
