Ship Charter - Willis Island Re-supply October 2015
The objective of this voyage is to re-supply the Bureau station on Willis Island. This will involve the transfer of personnel and mixed freight, including food (frozen and dry goods) and fuel, to Willis Island, and return personnel, mixed freight and waste to the mainland. The aim is to complete the loading/unloading, voyage & changeover mission over eight (8) days; this includes up to three (3) days at Willis Island.
The Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at any time before a contract is executed the Bureau considers that the Tenderer does not meet or comply with any one or more of the following conditions for participation as detailed in the Tenderer’s Declaration:

Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012;

Fair Work Act 2009;

the Tenderer exists as a legal entity at the Closing Time;

the Tenderer is not a joint Tenderer;
-
Confidentiality;
-
Ethical Dealing;
-
Conflict of Interest;
-
Employee Entitlements; and
-
The Tenderer must not be on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under Part 4 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 and the Charter of the United Nations (Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2008.
In addition, the Bureau will exclude a Tender from further consideration if at the time of lodging its Tender, the Tenderer is:

Precluded from Tendering for Commonwealth funded work; or
Subject to a judicial decision relating to employee entitlements, not including decisions under appeal, where the employee’s claim has not been paid.
