Description:

The Strategic Intelligence team provides both economic and financial analysis to both the Commission and other business teams within ASIC.

Accordingly, ASIC invites suitably qualified consultants/contractors to submit a tender for Provision of Financial and Economic Data Services.

Conditions for Participation:

The tenderer and any subcontractors proposed in the tender must not be non-compliant with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012(Cth)

There is currently no judicial decision against the tenderer (not including decisions under appeal) in relation to employee entitlements where the tenderer has not paid the claim
