The Provision of Office Services
Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart
The successful Tenderer or Tenderers will be required to provide Office Services for the Health portfolio, nationally, in a manner which meets the Department’s current and future requirements, for the following Service Categories:
(a) Service Category A: Digital Records Management (EDRMS), with an Option to Extend for Help Desk Level 2 TRIM Call Centre Support; and/or
(b) Service Category B: Physical Records Management, with an Option to Extend for Major digitisation of offsite paper-based records Project; and/or
(c) Service Category C: Secure Classified Waste Disposal; and/or
(d) Service Category D: Mail Handling, Distribution, Couriers and Freight, with an Option to Extend for Digital Mail Management Pilot Project; and/or
(e) Service Category E: Meeting Room and Venue Management.
Industry Briefing is scheduled for 1 July 2015, further information will be distributed via an AusTender addenda.
Strict cut off date for enquiries - 2:00 pm, 21 July 2015.
The Conditions for Participation in addition to the Department’s standard requirements are that the Tenderer must have the following levels of insurance and indemnity coverage in place at the time of submitting a Tender:
i) Workers Compensation to an amount required by law;
ii) Public Liability on an occurrence basis for an insured amount of not less than $20 million per occurrence; and
iii) Professional Liability or ‘errors and omissions’ insurance and product liability insurance for an insured amount of not less than $5 million each and every loss.
General service delivery from November 2015 – 2018
Optional projects under Service Categories B and D would be required within 12-24 months.
